No matter the protein it's gonna be hard to try to stay full on just protein alone, also hard to tell you how long as everyone reacts to each supplement differently, better bet would be to probably grab a fat burner with high appetite suppressant effect, something like Dexaprine to keep your craving to a minimum.

XF UP 2.0 is one of the more satiating proteins out there, which the fat lends to.

It's too tasty, it's going to make him want more, thus more = higher calories

Yeah back 1.5months ago I decided to log these personally. These were the average numbers. Taking shakes several times a day can be quite costly so I have to find the most efficient dosage for the lowest price. Only Giant Sports was recently done a few days ago from the samples I received.

The longest I ever had satiety for was from XF UP 2.0 + VPX SRO Graham Cracker= 38p/8c/9f for 3.5hours.

IMO there is no magic protein blend that will make you feel full.

If you're after a feeling of 'fullness' look towards meal replacement powders and such with high carbos or add your own carbos to your already existing protein powder.

But I assume you're cutting so what do I know.

Do you think it's because of the 2.5g fibre in trutein?

As far as just protein 100% Micellar Casein will definitely satiate you for a while

You could try an MRP like Pro & Oats which has a great protein blend + 7 grams of fiber

AI Sports No Whey is really thick and will keep you full. If it can keep me full I promise it will work with most of the population. Unfortunately, the cost per gram of protein is a bit high.

XF 2.0 would be the best answer. It has more fat than the others that will slow down digestion plus its 49% casein where the others are mostly wpc. Besides it tastes 10 times better than anything else mentioned
    Such much Placebo in here.

Hexapro is just what you are looking for!

    http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/al...n/hexapro.html

Hexapro is a blend of 6 different protein sources, also has 4 grams of healthy fats and 4 grams of fiber. As you probably know, fats and fiber slow digestion, leaving you satisfied longer!

stuff tastes incredible. It was one of the first items to sell out at the Arnold Expo last weekend.

It was one of the first items to sell out at the Arnold Expo last weekend.
Was the first sample I tried when I got home... the Cookies & Cream Milkshake was pretty damn good.

I'd say Syntha6 fills me up the longest but that makes sense considering it's almost double the calories of the other proteins I generally use. Trutein is the best for satiation I've had with high protein low carb/fat profile.
