    Water weight for me can fluctuate a few Lbs as well.
    Weigh in on Friday for me so we'll see how the first week went. Lifts are all up for the time being. Repping those 90 Lbs DBs on flat bench - feels good.

    Strength is still increasing on my lifts - feels good men.

    Hey er-body. Haven't been around for a little bit so I'm just checking in. Down to 167 Lbs this morning from 175 March 1st which is right on target for me. Cals are sitting at 2000 250p/100c/70-80f

    I only took a back pic prior to cut (I hate pics) so I will post a side-by-side probably in the morning.

    Started at the beginning of February.
    Down 6-7 lbs so far with no strength loss.
    I am definitely noticing body fat changes though.
    Only looking to lose about 3-4 more lbs before summer, so I'm pretty happy with my progress at this point.

    Weigh in at 166. Down 1 Lbs from last week. Had a ****ty back workout yesterday. Seemed like lack of endurance as strength was fine. Brought up my carbs/cals up a touch - increase of about 20 to 30 grams carbs or 100 cals. Delts/traps/tris this morning was fantastic. hitting PR on Shoulder press. Looks like I needed some fuel.

    163.5 dry today. I'm in a week-off. Lower carbs so I'm assuming the 2.5 Lbs loss is mainly water weight. Abs are visible without flex. I'm thinking another 5 to 10 Lbs will do me fine. Then back to eating and lifting.

    Oh and lifting weight is still good.

    Easing out of cut and feeling good for Beach and Summer. 14 Lbs down with minor muscle and strength loss. I'm good with results and have no need to drastically cut lower. Maybe slow bulk recomp type of diet.
