Holy FUARK!!!! That's amazing. I'm currently working on just getting the flexibility to squat down like that without weight. Hopefully by the end of summer.

At the risk of sounding like a dumb male, I am very impressed with how ripped your back is while still maintaining your feminine shape. You are a great example of why women shouldn't be afraid of lifting heavy.

Thanks all. I'm now taking time to dial in the diet and starting to see some difference in the body. Goal by summer is to be sportin no shirt without worrying how I look.

Definitely a work in progress...I really started hitting them hard last few months. I have an initial photo posted on my journal, I have gained an inch though on my calves.

Thanks man! I noticed too that it looks like I'm tapering my waist line as well...maybe it's my lats getting larger in porpotion or probably just the angle..

It took me longer than expected but I'm back to the size I was before all of my super fun health issues.

That I bet means more to you that people here may realize. I am looking forward to that day myself. Although not sure I plan to go above 200 anytime again but I will be happy when I feel like I have my lean mass back.

Ok so I attempted sumo deadlifts today and I'm in need of critique again please. I did videos of almost every set and they are posted in my journal but here I will post only a couple.

Easy first set -
133 x 10 - focus on form. I think my form looks the best here at the lighter weight and starts to break down as I increase.


Heaviest set -
199 x 8 -form starts to break down. I should be sitting in to it more... right? I think I'm using more back here and that my butt is too high. Thoughts? Last time I only did 1 rep at this weight... today I did 8!
... oh yeah... this one has just a little "wiggle" LOL

Yeah. Saw it after you posted it up 2 years ago. I follow you on YouTube. It was you who actually got me interested in doing overhead squats. Took allot of hard work, but I can do them well now. I saw some Olympic lifters do the clean/narrow grip version so I decided to give them a try. They really work the mid-line hard. Harder than the standard wide grip since more stabilization is required to keep the bar from falling forward/backwards.
