Ive been told though that the quality in them proper cheap multis are crap.I dunno how true this is though so thats why I've asked here
haha I know most people dont eat them but I cant have a meal without them, saying that I would rather eat just meat and veg than meat and carbs like chips, rice, pasta, yams ect....
I was actually thinking about just buying a mix of supper fruits and making a smoothies out of them so its like a homemade multi vitamin but they seem to expensive to do that.

I just buy Alpha Men from MyProtein.
However, reading up on Orange Triad it seems like the best multi on the market in terms of delivering all the vitamins and minerals your body needs.
But, at £30 in the UK (45 dollars) for 6 weeks supply seems excessive.
Might have to take a punt and give it a whirl though.

This seems pretty good: http://reviews.bodybuilding.com/SportPharma/MultiV/
Sportspharma Multi-V. It's got good reviews and is cheap and cheerful. You can buy it on eBay or a on a UK supp site.
