im sick of hearing how you dont count stuff man.. that's fine.. but it's easier for everyone else to count and makes it much easier to track things and adjust based on a consistent set of #'s or a "control"
anyone would make better progress tracking, its just whether it's worth it or not to you personally, to me and most other people it seems it is

So you fast the whole day, and then at night you eat whatever and however much? What does your daily feeding window look like? Because I'm not sure if I'm understanding you correctly...but if I was to "disregard everything and eat till i can eat no more all night long" I would end up at around 8k to 10k calories for the night srs. If I don't put a limit on my food intake and tell my brain "eat this much and no more until tomorrow" I eat like a fkn animal...

first batch of sludge is in the oven err freezer. 2% greek yogurt, 2 scoops vanilla whey, 1 tbsp PB, and a little FF milk. fingers crossed. smelled good as fuk when I put it in. also looks like it's gonna be real filling.

whenever i tweak my calories. i feel it a little but then it stabilizes again, im still PR'n. im yet to get weaker.
like that video says not always bad brah.if you think about it you weigh less but your lifting about the same. so it increases your body weight over weight lifted. lifts become more impressive not less impressive. plus there's stuff like leverage that changes. in your deadlifts etc.
i think so.
my mate devils tends to gets a little cold. lol..
shredding motivation. we all gonna make it. i got back and shoulders hyper today.

since ive started cutting thats basically what ive done. coffee and water all day, eat from 730 to about 1130. Today: its 830 here, so far ive at some pulled pork that i made in the crockpot with some bbq sauce on it no bun, just meat with some sauce. sweet potato with some peanut butter on it, and i cooked 2 very large chicken breasts in salt and lemon pepper, ate 1, may or may not eat the other. next im going to make sludge with greek yogurt cottage cheese whey strawberrys and ff sf jello, probably have a bowl of proats too, ive had some smokehouse flavored almonds, did like 20 minutes cardio this morning and did not lift tonight.

Srs bro some of us where chubby kunts in elementary/middle school and would still be fat fukks had we not learned about macros and daily caloric expenditure. If I didn't count I would undo weeks of cutting in just two or three days of what I would consider "regular" eating.Gentleman of Leisure

just finished my mini sludge brahs.
1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop choco protein, 1 tbsp peanut butter, a little splenda, and topped it off with a bit of double chocolate KRAVE. tasted fukkin heavenly...def a nice way to end the day
