    4 Days Vs 5 Days

    Given the choice would you guys prefer hitting the weights 5 days and have 1 day of cardio, or 4 days of weights with 2 days of cardio? Each situation has 1 rest day, just trying to figure out which would be more beneficial.

    Cant do cardio on weight days, too busy.. school working.. life outside of the gym.. makes it tough.. finding time would be the problem
