How did you place in that show?

I actually didn't place this year. It was a very sad moment as it was the best I had ever looked. I even got picked for the first lineup for the Mens-Tall Open.

I'm the one to the far right. The guy to the far left won the class. He lost the overall though. He was 35, he also happened to be Marc Lobliner's older brother for those that know him.

It is. It's a major source of energy when I'm in the gym. I bulked up to 220 lbs now, breaking all kinds of personal records. (On a weekly basis too!) I'll be stepping up on stage in 2014-2015 most likely

Not impressive at all. You look like you just hopped on some tren or something, it doesn't look like quality muscle. Everything is out of proportion and the muscle looks thin. Crap build, Crap transformation.

I had competed in the past, if that answers your question. I gained an excessive amount of weight after my show in 2011 due to many stress factors such as finishing up my math degree and a family member who eventually passed away. It put me in a position where my physical appearance added to the stress which is when I knew I had to get up, stop making excuses, and just do what had to be done to get rid of the excess weight. I had done it before in the past in 2008, and I was confident and knew I could do it again.

If you have done keto in the past, I would not recommend doing it again. Ketogenic diet only helped me slow down my metabolism more so than help it in any positive way. It's a diet program you don't want to do for a long period of time. My best recommendation is to find your caloric deficit, do a reverse diet to a caloric surpluss where you're incorporating nutrient dense foods with fiber and then eventually work your way down again to a deficit. (Only this time you will have carbohydrates to play around with and you won't need to eat 1500 calories as a grown ass man to lose weight).

I never have taken any sports enhancing drugs nor do I ever intend in doing so. Thanks for your kind words though; I always appreciate feeble minded individuals who throw asinine remarks at hard working individuals because of their own insecurities and doubts. Much appreciated homie!
