Get leaner and make your abs bigger. I always fell under the ideas of compound movements being enough for arms and abs so I never isolated them, but after last years cut when I only had a barely visible 4 pack despite being skinny as phuck I realized my error. Since I've regularily worked abs and arms for the first time I can almost see that 4 pack at a much higher body fat than last time I saw them, my arms also have some meat on them for the first time.
One of the best parts about cutting for me is realizing the mistakes I made while bulking, makes it more efficient next time.

GJ bro, progress is coming. I don't have the AB issue you speak of, just get leaner. I know some people no matter how lean they get have trouble with ABs showing. Heavy compounds as said by Gibbs coupled with weighted Ab exercises a few times a week should be enough to make them pop as much as genetically possible.
With this method I can still see some resemblance of abs no problem at 12-14% and maybe slightly higher.

Same here my abs were never visible before at the same weight but thanks to last years cut they are, so when I get back down to 10% they should be much more visible than last year. I switch compound with isolation moves each week, Mostly compound now. I use to do too much isolation.

Going to do low carb (under 50g) for the rest of the week to get rid of all the water weight and carb deplete. Then starting next week going to stick to do around 90% complex carbs/10% simple carbs.
Also what's the best way to put my UltraPeptide XF2.0 casein to use?
It has 24 servings in 1 tub and it was $30...expensive as sht - won't be buying again. I'm thinking of just having 1 scoop every night at the end of my feeding window.

Eh I don't think there is any need to be using the bolded letters in the word "clean" until your at a very low body fat. Just discipline to keep your calories down and dealing with the pain of not seeing PRs is all it takes.
Finally found my moms cheap camera and figured out it's auto timer, now just need to find the cord to my computer and you all get to see my pale fat assEat Right. Lift Heavy. Be a Fat Manlet.

Does anyone do stomach vacuums for inner abs? Supposedly makes your relaxed waistline slimmer over time due to your midsection naturally being pulled in
