Saw squat and was like "yes, smart guy!" Saw bench and was like "yes, smart guy!" Then saw you did accessory work and a ton of reps and I was like *face palm*. If I hear one complaint from you on Saturday that your back feels sore or weak and that is why you missed a lift, I'm going to have to bitch slap you. Is Wayne Brady going to have to choke a b!tch?

Yeah I agree, I need some time too. I've only been on TM for 6 weeks and 3 of that was just feeling it out and learning the program/playing with my numbers. My set up felt weird, hips were set lower and farther back than usual for some reason. I don't usually lift my hips so much before the bar breaks free because typically they're already high, but oh well. It's a heavy single, doesn't have to be pretty. I can assure you my Intensity days don't look like that though.
