Sorry guys, chem test came up so I was busy the last day or two. Here's a snatch video, did the ice cream thing and everything but I need to upload it. Will post a BB.com review. I'll probably do all this by tomorrow/friday because I don't have classes friday. Also, Saturday will be a longer video because I'm making a trip to a weightlifting club I got into contact with. Going to train with a 74 year old who could clean and jerk more than me... !!!

Just went to the club! Expect multiple uploads by night time. I'm uploading my visit to the club right now, and soon afterwards the MRP shake I make with the iSatori protein. It's going to take me awhile to get the footage of the ice cream and those other creations because my old camera broke so I'm finding a way to extract the hard drive memory. I'll have it 100% though!

Yeah, doing it right now! The Viet New Years thing is a two day affair in case anyone thought I was slacking off lol (which I guess technically I was), but as promised I'm back to uploading stuff. Also, blood's pumping right now! I have a meet this Sat/Sun!! Unexpected as hell but I'm ready! My gym total is 160kg @ 69kg. Hopefully I can add some kilos to that on the platform this week!

You have done a great job with your log! I would never think that you are flaking out on us, plus family first! That is really exciting about getting in your first competition! Are you going with the team or unattached? Good luck and I can't wait to see your last couple videos!

...1 day out. Repping Strange Polecats under Coach Bob Strange (been training with them for a couple days now). I'll be at Cal State Fullerton tomorrow. The Coach actually came over to MY house this week so we could see what my openers are and so he could coach me through the 1 week out phase. Feeling good.
Boy, this sure turned into a oly competition log. This is the best couple of weeks I've had for awhile. School is going well, training is fantastic and I finally have athletic goals again ever since high school wrestling, and diet is on point (the protein and MRP's are a life saver!)... this makes me a very happy man. And a very happy man = PR at the comp.
I'll have a video tomorrow along with everything else!

What a weird meet. No microphone so everything was hard to hear and they messed up on my clean and jerk 2nd attempt because they called me when I wasn't suppose to go so they made me re-do it and I ended up with 4 CJ attempts, 1 of which didn't count.
Will have vid when coach sends them to me.
TOTAL: 162kg @ 69kg ...JR lifter
And I'm about 20kg away from qualifying for nationals as a JR and 40kg for University Championships! By my second meet next month I should have it in the bag.Last edited by Curlingrack; 02-18-2013 at 12:12 PM.
