thanks bud! hate it though when I have a time constraint. best workouts are usually those w/ no time commitment. just pure plain time to bang out quality sets and lift.
lol, thanks man. and so says the shredded to the nines punk in dat avi!
had to push it, glad it turned out to be decent. going balls to the wall this weekend, can't wait to ski + lift w/ no time commitments!
haha so modest, whatever shredded brah!

Haha thanks. I remember last year when Sardinia posted his prep pics or they got posted in the misc. everyone was saying how he got so much bigger while getting shredded when in fact he had lost like 25 lbs. All about appearance.
Thanks! Couldn't be happier with the way this cut is going.
Thanks Zel.
On my way Bob. Thanks for the logging opportunity.
Much thanks bro. Squats coming today.
Haha thanks man, still holding some fat on the low back and lower abs though the fat on the abs is almost gone.
Calls me skinny LOL. I've never been lean like this though and she was with me when I didn't lift and weighed 235. Pudgy bastard. Can't wait for beach time.
Thanks SD!

not hard, vid of last set because I wanted to check form. I've narrowed my stance a couple inches since I started, and I also don't point my toes out as much. Left the GM's out today, my back is a bit sore from 2+ hours of shoveling yesterday, and the beltless squats didn't help.

Holy fuk mike your squats defy my body's logic. I could never go narrow stanced like that while hitting depth/staying upright. Looking lean af as well; how much are you cutting per week?

Tim ... Bummer to have to work on the Sunday, but great to get the skiing and the lift in as well. I've been missing your POV vids this year --- they always get me inspired to hit the snow again. I know the weather has been bad across US and Canada but the snow cover everywhere is looking thick and the skiing must have been fantastic
Awesome session for 60 minutes --- you always make me feel really guilty that you squeeze in so much volume, and then you manage to have a finish with some killer sets with the close grips!
A great day was had!"Better to wear out than rust out!"
