Heres my progress.. Started out at 126 5'9.. Was extremely skinny. Now i weigh 159.. Ive been hitting the gym 4-5 days a week focusing only on one muscle group workout per day, and sometimes ill mix it up and do super sets. Posting 2 pictures.. before and after 7 months

Two words: Eat More
If you're only focusing on one muscle group during those 4-5 days, then you're not training hard enough. Let's assume you work your biceps, triceps, shoulders, and chest. What about abs? Back? Glutes? Hams? Calves? On at least 2 days a week you should be working pairs of muscle groups
