12" box squats are meant to be tough and 225 x 10 is a lot of work from so low down. (It's a bit easier for me because I'm so vertically challenged )
When I see box squats on your leg day it makes me look forward to hitting them again myself - leg day is tomorrow for me. Nice job on those heavy extensions and calf raises as well"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Awesome box squats RB! 12" is pretty damn low. I'm planning to do some light box squats in the next three weeks, so I'll have to look up the mechanics again
