I haven't been able to bench properly in 3 years still managed to have a 315 max out while never lifting.
My shoulder really gave me problems probably in March 2012 when it really started to hurt. I couldn't brush my teeth without my arm being in pain. It's getting better now and catching up with my left but still have 2 months until I can get back to real lifting.
As for your issues monitor you BP and breathing. I've had issues like this before it kills but it just goes away after a few day, drink tons of water as well.
I know where you can put them to warm up

lol!!!
I'm afraid to ask!!!
I need some feedback. I have 2 months (or 58 days to be exact). I need to lose inches and fat quickly. How does this look: This is an extreme because I have such a limited amount of time.
3 egg whites + 1/4 sweet potato
mixed green salad (2 cups) with 3 oz grilled chicken (1 tbsp evoo & balsamic dressing)
3 oz white fish & 1 cup green beans (steamed) (prob pre w/o)
3 oz chicken or fish with steamed green beans (post w/o)
should I add the sweet potato to before or after w/o and skip at breakfast?Journal but the 2020/2021 ed. ---> https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=141049421

yeah not too far off from where im at, except with the game 7 thing. oilers played some pretty terrible teams to get there :/ the problem for edmonton is getting that top 2 pairing. so far its justin schultz and nobody. no way they compete with the wild or canucks with defence that is 25% as deep as theirs

I don't have sugar cravings anymore. I use fruit in my diet (shakes) everyday and get my carbs in. Since my diet changed can't even tempt me with ice cream and that is a big change serious. Years ago I would binge on sweets. Also only add salt if I have french fries once in a blue moon. But yes I have known that feel
