gj trying to bolster your bench numbers by telling people you've been "sick". also might want to do a scratch and sniff test from here on out, might have less "sick" related symptoms.

Groin still tender. I was able to do them with minimal discomfort by bringing in my stance a little and redistributing the weight. Not ideal but need the reps. Stretching, jerking, baths will continue. Not necessarily in that order

Groins take time
I have had a strained groin and it took a few weeks to get it to feel like something. I trained around it and then slowly ramped my weight back up.
