9922 Caffeine 200mg Capsules (120 Capsules) 5 $3.49 $0.87 $16.58
9923 Yohimbine HCL 2.5mg Capsules (100 Capsules) 2 $8.99 $17.98
And 3 orders of totalis. I bought 2 of the caffeine bottles for my girl. They whey I used the cold filtration mix with a concentrated whey mix to get about 2.5g of leucine per every 25g of whey. This total is 326 servings of 25gwhey for the 18lbs. That's what most of it went to and the totalis. I was looking at ordering ephedrine for the up coming cut in late march but it's too expensive for just an appetite suppression and can only get it from canada; too fishy.

1200 a month...do you work in a sweatshop?
anyways...about ephedrine, try synephrine first, it is legal for now and is supposed to be similar to ephedrine: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Synephrine, it is in BSN Hyper Shred in a small dose.I got a vision for the life that's right in front of me
I got a right, I got a reason, got a destiny
I know exactly where I'm headed and I’m never looking back.

I manage a help desk for an IT firm as an intern. I'm a full time student and the company I'm currently discussing a full time position as an IT tech with the company when I finish school. As a college student with no bills except for maybe a cell phone bill 1200 a month isn't bad part time. I've already looked at synephrine I'm not interested. Thanks for your input though.

I do both because they're different planes of movement. They both have the same purpose but different movements seem to apply a different stimulus simply due to variation. Additionally, for the problem you mentioned; unless you're doing assisted pull ups once your at failure that's it you can't lighten your load and add more volume while keeping good form. Yes keep doing pull ups although I recommend more of a shoulder width grip; it will help target the lats more effectively.
