form check brahs?
Not much weight, pretty much my body weight but I am coming back from a lower back injury. Still having issue with my knees caving in although I am trying to fight it as you will see them shake.

I just wanted to update you all on some squat progress, being as we got some quite helpful replies. After sharing the article and videos so kindly provided here, we got back to work. The third world squat was impossible for both TNT and ARM, so that will definitely be worked on. That was a bit of a wake up, such a simple movement....yet so difficult.
I (JR) tried breaking at the hips earlier, not sure how much I succeeded. I did notice that my stance was either staggered by accident, or my heel is coming up-either way, I am having a tough time driving through the heels and feel a lot of the force on my quads.
TNT warmed up with some body squats, trying to keep form before the video. His form looks ok with plates underneath his heals, we'll work on flexibility after that, and simply get familiarity with the movement down.
ARM did squat, but progress was lacking so not wasting anyone's time with a video...

No one is going to comment on my form? Guess I'll concentrate on spreading the floor and past advice with the band around the knees while doing light weight/body weight.
As far as elbow placement the "all mighty" and "all knowing" starting strength by rippetoe advocates to keep the elbows back on the low bar squat.

You don't have to have completely vertical elbows, you just need to focus on pulling them forward instead of letting them point backwards.

BTW the elbow position tip is really only relvant for people who have a tendency to "good morning" their squats. If you can squat with your elbows back with no problems, then continue to do so. Nick Tylutki does it and is an absolute beast:

^ your form seems good. Maybe a hair lower than 90 degrees on those reps which is nice if you don't compete. 325 for a triple is a fair bit away for me, and Phal isn't human so no biggie. Nice job man!
