I will probably try to get a session of that in on Wed, before hitting cardio, just cold out there at 4:30a but it may make me move at a faster pace to get back indoors, lol. That Y3T has treated you pretty well it sounds like through this thread, I may give that run sometime, I'm hitting week 11 of Solo HRT tomorrow and will be looking for something to jump into! Have a few ideas but want to look into the Y3T for sure.
