This place is damn upscale and I'm really looking forwards to upping my game by learning a lot from this semester! http://www.terrarestaurant.ca/index.php <~ it's the link on the far right for Terra
As if the day couldn't get any better, my parents moved the date of the trip we were going on sp now I can go to my friend's cottage to celebrate the end of exams!

Fuark Matt I went and checked out that restaurant, classy as hell. If you're working there during this summer I'd say I might have to make some reservations and go up to Canada since I'll be close to Ontario as it is. Good luck with exams. And have fun on your vacation man!

3rd set of 240 was the hardest to get setup for but idk why. Ironically, it was probably the best/most consistent set.
Deads were an absolute trainwreck today. Failed the 295 so bad. I think it's because I went full retard on volume on Sunday for RDLs.
On the bright side, my speed sets wet really well and I really felt my glutes/hams doing the brunt of the pull.
Applied for coaching from 3dmj this afternoon.
French exam tomorrow morning. Ezpz.

THURSDAY
Do I live in a friendly or a hostile universe? Which is it? Is it a universe that is filled with hostility and anger and people wanting to kill each other? Is that what you see? Because when you see the world that way, that's exactly what you will create for yourself in your life.

Whoa...
Need to remember this! Drive myself all the way onto traps for bench and get on tip toes then do the heel tap (plant them). Keeps me so much tighter. Sadly I only used it on my last set. :/ next time this bench tightness is MINEEEEE
Decided I need to start OHP again. Ever since I stopped (circa smolov jr), my shoulders have been bothering me. My shoulders felt great afterwards. As in, best they have felt in the last 3 months... Period.
Tried out seated GMs cuz instill had so much energy after 2.25hrs. Holy crap, I might have found a new PC movement! No hip pain like I get with the standing GM, and crazy hammie/glute/erector/adductor MMC. These also made me notice I have a nasty knot in my left adductor. Need to get on that ASAP.
French exam was ezpz as expected. English tomorrow then donezo early.

Appreciate it max. It's depressing how strong my back is compared to my poverty bench. I don't have to really try for legs and back (asides from show up and work hard, you know what I mean) for them to progress but bench is BS.
I do 2x45s and a 35 placed on my back sonthat the bottom is just below my sacrum and the tops rest on my shoulder blades.AAU World SJ Powerlifting Champion, 2014

Are you really surprised? You're not really doing "Coan/Phillipi." You don't do the circuit, you squat before you DL, you do RDLs another day, front squat on another, and now you did seated GMs the day after.
I'm not in here to be negative before D4K starts WKing you. You just need to be more intelligent about your programming. I don't know why you just don't find a template that you like and make minor adjustments.
Applied for coaching from 3dmj this afternoon.“Go back?" he thought. "No good at all! Go sideways? Impossible! Go forward? Only thing to do! On we go!" So up he got, and trotted along with his little sword held in front of him and one hand feeling the wall, and his heart all of a patter and a pitter.”
