Hey bros. Can anyone recommend me a good online coach, there's currently none in my area and I'd like to really have an expert eye analyzing me. Thanks.
I was looking into Jared Enderton and Sean Hutchinson who both offer e-coaching for $50/mo.Squats - 315lb
Bench - 225lb
OHP - 165lb
Deadlift - 355lb
PC - 195lb

Srs, the Oly FS and BS are such easy movements to recover from you can do them all the time, their impact on the nervous system is so minimal. I upped frequency for both (5-6x back, 5x front) and now I can pretty much, any day of the week, even heavily fatigued, front squat 315 even if I'm tired as **** because back squatting/Oly lifting came first. Like today, for example. I never take preworkout stims and today I had one of those stupid little 5 hour energies and evidently it is stronger than I anticipated and/or I'm just a gaping vagina because my legs were trembling like crazy from the stimulants. That's why I only back squatted 355, but even with trembling legs and too much caffeine to concentrate I still managed to work up to FSing 315 after BSing 355, even though I lost concentration because I was trembling so damn much that I accidentally paused at the bottom.

You do singles and doubles though right? My BS is usually 3 or 5 and fs 2 or 3. Volume makes a huge difference.
In a session I could do 15 working reps while someone doing singles could be doing maybe 3-6 working reps
Btw I tried your high rep stuff after pr 5 yesterday...did 102/12 and then said **** this **** lolSnatch: 122

My jerk doesn't feel right.. I don't have much experience with it, can someone tell me everything I'm doing wrong? My heels come off the ground in the dip, should the force travel through the heels when you drive or toes like a push press? Because I feel hardly any drive and it's a weight I was able to push press mid last year..

Heels. I think you're trying to push press the weight too much, and your dip is too deep IMO.
Get down up in the jerk and get under fast, head through. You're not suppose to be pushing weight up, you're suppose to be popping it off your shoulders and pushing yourself under using the bar.
Being on your toes can cause misses in front tooSnatch: 122
