Got my anderson belt in today...stiff as hell but I was able to get it on and off...ordered a 2xl and got it to the 5th or 6th hole...brb eating cake.
Feels like a big boy now...

I edited it. I took out one week of the 10's and one week of the 8's. That way I don't just jump into the heavier sets of 5. Also left out hte last single week and will jsut max at the competition the following week. That way it turns into a 9 week training program.
Starting next weds.

Well, he couldn't even manage to fit one book into one book (4 and 5). So I suspect they'll just take either or both of those books and turn them into multiple seasons. He's notorious for taking forever to finish a book. A Dance With Dragons took 10 years, and it was just the other half of all the stuff he intended to go into book 4. Which, from a writer's perspective, should've taken less time than usual.
