Clive, your arms look bigger than my Quads, and you do look alot younger than you are.

Here's some fun. Limited on time today, so ITT we squat in Jeans. This is set 3 of 3/0/3 tempo squats with only 30 second breaks. Holy self-torture. The shakes ensued. Only 135 lbs, but it's hard as hell doing it this way. Legs appear to be responding already.

Have not posted any leg shots in a while. Time to pay the piper.....dont want to be the guy who only posts pics from the waist up
Here is a front "relaxed" and side shot.
Man...this side light sucks.... It makes one side of my body look good and the other side totally flat. Looks funny....but that is how the light comes in the windows.... Makes me look real out of balance.
Legs need to be brought up a little. (I know that)...but all in time. They are what they are right now.....and I will just keep at them.
