how do i get my 20lbs of muscle bk.can i just eat maintence to gain my hard earnd muscle bk and how long will it take cheers guys.started cut 7 month ago scale says 29% at 15st now im 12st 18% .i lost pound and a half a week no cardio 250g protien and 2300cals.il add my fat 15st pic just trying to find it.heres me now around 12%

Stop relying on that scale and stop playing the victim. You did this to yourself by letting your bodyfat get over 20%. Get the job over with, get down to 10% and then bulk.
You probably look tiny because you still aren't lean enough to have any definition. Definition and proportion creates the illusion of size.

I think the cut came out well. Was this your first attempt?
My advice is to build on what you have learnt.
Next bulking up phase try to get up to 20lbs heavier then strip...
