Have dropped around 33 kg (73 lbs) over the past couple of years, but still have too high a body fat percentage. I seem to carry it mainly on the mid-section.

I've always assumed that it's somewhere around the 14-17% range.

I'm 6'0, 160 lbs and I'm 19. Currently on a clean bulk since I consider myself to be a skinny fat. Would you guys consider me as a skinny fat or just skinny? More importantly, what would be your estimate of my bodyfat%?

30% with a 33" waist would be a shock. Tough to tell because there's not a whole lot of LBM. Maybe 25% or so.
