Awesome workout. Leg extensions at 200# Way to go.
Love the LA fitness trainers. That was the gym I went to in Houston. Yea, they like the women on the cardio or the light free weights and machines. No over 15# db please.

I'm totally jelly of the VS haul! I love their bras and I have 5 right now that I can't wear
Dayum! Your legs look freaking awesome! The rear view looks pretty darn good too Your workouts are paying off big time!
I'm glad that I am not going to the gym right now, all the newbies and chaos that they bring plus no patience being preggo probably wouldn't be good for them How dear they take your locker don't they know that only the Swoosh shall stow her sh!t in number 7? Silly people. If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

Nice leg extensions Swooshie, I iz impressed.
Sorry to hear about the gym shenanigans. I'm thankful my gyms have been quiet so far."There's something about a heavy weight that makes a body not want to get under it. Thanks, RB!
I'm kind of a smiley, wavey kind of person to everyone and it always makes me wonder about people who act like they've never seen you in their whole life when, in fact, they see you 4 times a week and have for a very long time. That's how our trainers act. That's how the front desk acts. That's how all of the employees at my gym act all the time to everyone! Worst customer service ever.
I have no doubt it would be different if you were here
I suspect there's a teeny bit of strut in the Swoosh
Hey thanks! My legs were fried after that workout and I had some serious DOMS yesterday. Better today but, man, walking has been tough! Some of the workouts I see those trainers putting people through are ridiculous.
I'm thinking about that sign for sure!
Thanks E! Sometimes I think I'd like to have a trainer again, but there's not a single one at the gym I go to that I would ever consider hiring. Besides the employees, everything else about the gym is great and in a perfect location for me ... halfway between work and home.
Thanks, Julia! I really am thrilled to see something good going on with them little twigs of mine! I think part of my problem in the past was I never liked leg day, so if I had to skip a workout for whatever reason, that was the one I always skipped ... or slacked on. I finally decided that not a whole lot was going to change unless I was consistent with my leg training and pushed hard ... and it's working....amazing!
Gotta work that core For the most part, our trainers put just about every single client through the exact same workout.....and it's not a good one.
I'm so glad you stopped by, H! I've been wondering how you've been. I'll send an e-mail to you this weekend!
ThanksCaring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.

That's my made up name (I have my own language you know) for Smith Leg presses because CaliBakes, llahhsoj (Josh), and Boomer all taught me how to do them .... "Calijoshoomer" Presses! They are the bunz bonanza
I love those goblet squats!
Hiya Red! I really wanted to keep going with those squats, but my hip was not cooperating one bit. Probably need to get into see my chiropractor and get a good crackin
I don't know why those leg extensions are kind of easy breezy for me it's not like anything else is!! Glad I got you on at least one lift
I'm getting that plaque
Hey ya MM!!
Fried was right. I was hurting yesterday. Walking up the three flights of stairs to my clinic was brutal!
Oh I would totally post up pictures of my locker plaque! My locker is right across from the sign that says "No Cameras" and that makes me smile every time I take pictures

Hi Jeezy! Thanks!!!
I was surprised my stash was truly that large ... and every single one is from VS! Love them!
Thanks! So happy about my leg progress! I don't often split up hams and quads, but that's what I did last week and I really liked it. I think I may stick with that split for a while. I felt like I got a better workout because I wasn't so fatigued by the end.
For the last few days no one has taken my locker ... so I think they listened!
SB is killin it Thanks, Snake!!
A Lexi Fly By!!! Hey Lex!!! Awe, sure hope things calm down for you soon. We're locker neighbors!!
Thanks, Mater! Means a lot coming from you! I've seen your workouts!!!
The newbies seem to be congregating in the cardio area ... shocker! There were a heck of a lot of treadmills in use tonight!

Okay - really late to the party here (sorry, had like 6 pages to catch up) but NICE LEGS AND BUTT!
I had to laugh about the trainers and the BOSU - why do they insist on having new exercisers try to stand on those while curling 2lbs? I cringe
