I don't know what's wrong but I just can't sleep.
Spent the last 4 hours trying and managed maybe half an hour of sleep.
I feel so tired and so ill.

(GOING TO REPASTE THIS ONCE MORE)
Real quick note guys;
Got about 20 emails stating my inbox was full. I just cleaned it out; for the people that didn't get a message back saying my inbox was full, I GOT YOUR PM. If you got am inbox full error, please resubmit to me.
Don't worry, I won't be dropping anyone this week unless you didn't submit. Even then,I'll place you back on. Not going to be as strict due to these inbox issues. Also, I'm not going to be taking submissions that are in this thread. You must PM me your weigh in. (I download them all at once).
Will report in later, hope you all had a good first week! Reps to the person who correctly guesses how many we lose this week.

We lose 19
Yes I know I am fat and weak. I'm working on it.
I REP BACK.
Everyone at BB constantly preaches meal timing is irrelevant. Then they religiously take a whey shake post-workout just to prove it.
Ketosis: Because initiating lipolysis during a cut is obviously a terrible thing.
Primal eating: Because cutting out processed foods is obviously a terrible thing.

Tournament Announcement
Good evening all!
Well, sorry about the inbox issue. This problem was resolved and should not be an issue any longer. I apologize for any confusion.
So! We are well off into our first week, and things are looking great. I see a lot of motivation in this thread. In fact, just this week alone, we ended up losing as much poundage as we did in the entire competition before this one. Talk about some serious numbers. Already as a team, you guys have lost over 300 lbs. The planet feels lighter and is thanking you
Even though it's still Sunday, I clipped the list and cleaned it up. I'm sure a few more stragglers will submit tonight, but as it stands we lost 25% of the initial starting field. That's 38 people total. It was actually a little more, but people from the waiting list are now back on so it evened out a bit.
Everybody, it is your responsibility to ensure that your numbers are accurate. I only download and translate over into the sheet, and the math does itself. If it's wrong, then you need to let me know so I can make any necessary changes. If you don't see your name on the list, just shoot me a PM and we will take care of it.
With that, here is the updated tracker and enjoy the rest of your week!

just pm'd ... hopefully I submitted in time these US timezones confuse me
Well I went 196 - 192 which was great for me (even if it's water loss or whatever it's nice to see a decrease) considering I weighed in before my boozing on NYE + destroying all my leftover holiday food. Really getting into the right mindset now to go the distance!
Good luck to everyone!

[QUOTE=BradKemp;1005672583]LOL at stormtiger gaining 11 pounds.
Honorable mention lulz to nobodychange for gaining 9 pounds
I came out a really low calorie diet and have been on bingemaster mode for about a couple days. i actually gained about 30 pounds in the past 15days. Thought i will get it out of the way since i will be eating good for the rest of my life tired of binge. THis actually made me laugh but hopefully i drop some water weight by next weigh in.

No change this week but I'm feeling a lot better than I did at the end of the last comp. Hoping to knock out 3 lbs for the next weigh in.

Water weight can drop off super quick. So 10 pounds isn't unreasonable, we had a girl drop 22 in the first two weeks in another comp (if not 27. It was something absurd). Her weight loss slowed down to 1-2 lbs a week after that.

Keep it up guys, hope nobody falls off after the first weigh in!
Whats everyones reasons for doing this then?
Im doing it because after 5 years of binge drinking and takeaways i finally got my head screwed on and want to change my lifestyle and not end up with heart disease and hyper cholestrol like my family is prone too.
That and i bought an expensive pair of jeans and didnt pay attention too the waist size so it would be nice to end up fitting into them..

Water weight for the win it seems. I started a week before the competition and now 16 days in i´ve lost 16,3lbs in total(3,2 during this competition). Surely everything will even out in the excel spreadsheet @ the end of the month or a bit later. I´ve been trying to lose weight 4-5 different times but always seem to fall out slowly and gain everything back(p90x,insanity,gym,counting my calories) and hope this competition will remove dem moobs and get me to 220lbs. Good luck to everyone and keep at it!
