Hamstrings
I didn't particularly want my potentially last day on earth to be a hamstring workout, but its just how the schedule went
I took a Half! scoop today, to reassess my tolerance. I was happy with the energy, and had zero problems with.... feeling like I was dying Awesome energy still, sustained. Pump was nice. I dont like being a "half a scoop guy" as it goes totally against my stim junkie title, however I stand between 1/2 and 1 scoop for my max performance.

lmao at your narrator , but solid work bro it did look awkward but if it's what works best gor you then go for it , i tend to do mine either from the floor when using heavier weight or on the smith to use tighter more targeted movements

thats just a random google search i found for that exercise. not many people ive come across have heard of doing these, its easier to show than explain haha.
I'll have to try giving smith machine a go!, but my grip strength is rather girly, this way i dont need to strap up, and the natural drive from the shoulders makes it feel like i can push around more weight.NCCPT, NFPT CPT

dude lmao I just watched the whole video now I realize that's a freind of mine hahaha he's one of our former reps on here he goes by bb2k - my grip strength is lame too can't focus movements as well raw or pull more than 500 w out straps but that's why they make versa gripps

Back to a full scoop
I started by drinking about half of my shake pre-workout, as our warmups on leg days typically run long, then continued to sip on it intra-workout. It. Worked. Amazingly.
Every time I felt like I wanted a "set booster" I would take a swig and the tart taste and energy would hit me. I swear everyone in the gym thought I was carrying around
---Anyway. it worked. intra-workout sippage was a wild success. will continue using 1 scoop and taking it in that manner. With my 2 hour workouts it definitely seems optimal.

very solid work bro , i used to drink all my pre workouts half before then half intra my workouts used to be rediculously long but somehow got used to slamming them pre now and if it's s good pre it will carry me through

first time there @21, had to see what was what!
Despite being in the land of booze and butts glued to slot machine stools, I did manage to sneak in a workout at Golds Gym Henderson
Everyone there was huge! incredibly motivating, slightly intimidating, provided a great competitive edge.
maybe i was a little bit booze-weary, or lagged from the drive the day before, but the weights felt so much heavier haha.
December 27th Chest Workout
Single scoop. 1/2 of shake consumed pre-workout ~10 minutes, the rest consumed intra workout. Good energy, great pump, no crash or sick feeling.
By this point however the bricking of the powder is becoming more and more a problem. Have to start breaking it up with utensils regularly.

The last few days I havent managed to finish my preworkout shake for whatever reason. I intentionally leave some in the shaker each time assuming that I will need a small pick-me-up intra workout. Most recently however I have found myself with more than enough energy, or too much requiring some breaks for fresh air/lowering the heart rate
I still love this product, but it's kind of like playing with a double edged sword. A lot of wrecking power, but you have to deal with a few occasional snips.

January 3rd Shoulder workout attempt failed.
Pulled a muscle in my trap during a set of dips on the 1st of January. Slept it off for back day (the high of being in venice must have kept me going!)
but during my 3rd set of seated dumbbell OHP, 90's first rep, good, second rep during the negative I felt my neck and traps seize up on me. Foam rolled and iced it for the rest of the evening, called the workout a scratch.
SO MUCH ENERGY, NO PLACE TO USE IT!

took January 4th off for traveling (back to MI)
January 5th "test-out" workout
Just did random stuff to see how my neck/traps would hold up. still somewhat tight, however after an epson soak, massage, the most sleep I've ever had in a 24 hour period, and what felt like hours of foam rolling, I can at least move it, and its not so bad anymore!
again, didnt finish my preworkout shake, only about a swig remained. The energy was more than enough; I wanted to go on for much longer!
