Nice on the promo, Boomie! Even nicer on the "before" pants I kept one pair of "before" pants (they literally fall off of me) and when I'm feeling especially flubbadoo I put them on and then I fell a whole lot better

I got called back to this job after I quit. offered more money than my old job and in my current town so I took. now got promoted. can't you keep up :P
I think it was all a trap anyway that's what they offered me originally when I went back 3 mos ago and I told them no. this time they threw more $ and announced my promotion before I fully committed. Well, ready or not here we go. Same hours though so I'm not tripping.

Yo check it biggest 15/16 those are 9/10 now hmmm depends you know my express jean legging size 6 because they stretch! but normal jeans I'd probably say 7/8 I dunno haven't really bought a lot of 'new' clothes because I'm not done yet. So I wear alot of tight and boots and long shirt dresses.
Oh geeze an Aggie, well jeane I'm gonna throw this out there so in most all my pics I'm flexing my shiz off or major sucking innage! I really think it's an art of capturing your flattering features/ angles. That being said I entered the bb.com transformation challenge since it is perfect timing for me. I took relaxed before pics ahhh! I posted them on my space so you can really see a difference in the self loathing ones I post on here that literally take me 30 tries to get a good one!
That's what I feel like today!
Chest
Ok this workout was rather frustrating had to spend 20 min putting the gym back together before I even got started and the employee watched me do it all while he blabbed with another member. I mean what kinda man makes lil ole mee lug two 75 lb dbs across the gym to rerack 30 towels 4 empty water bottles boxes bars weights medicine balls stretchy bands attatchments. Geeze and all the dbs were out of order was not going to fix that. I did complain.
Okay I havent benched in three maybe four weeks. I have always had this left wrist issue since I started lifting heavy well now it has developed into this thing. I dunno how to explain it and effecting my mobility. I talked to brudda boomz aka jerk nurse. He told me I possibly busted/ popped my joint capsule and the fluid would eventually reabsorb and heal over time. Anybody ever have this issue? It hasn't healed and I think I'm getting one on the other side or just being paranoid. Been obvious for about 5 weeks.
Sorry photobuckets a dik I've flipped these three times! Oh yes I know I'm taking my tree down... tomorrow
So 3-4 weeks no bench I've lost it all!!! wah wah wah left off at 165x2
Bench really had to rig this up to make it happen today there are 45 plates under the bench to make it the right height for the safeties and it was still a lil off. Making the bench a lil wobbly

Tonight is one of those oh sh!t there's a cow in the road days. My friend called me after a bad day and needs a date to a birthday party. Bah don't they now I am cutting dam it! So I have quite a few carb calories left for that vodka soda. Since I was super on point today. Ouch on the wrist, boomer! I know I hurt mine a while ago- I was using my straps for a lot of things! I'd put them on backwards so the grippy part wouldn't be in the way, just to keep them wrapped up to minimize the pain. Mine felt more like a sprain though, and healed up after about 2 months of keeping them wrapped when I did certain things that aggrivated them (CG Floor Presses/BB curls, mainly)
Bench used to be the first thing to go back in the day when I had a bench. Even missing one week would make it suck.
I looked a tyour relaxed photos- you're really bad at trying to make yourself look bad Hahaha! Can't wait to see how you do in even a month from nowLast edited by gobbles23; 01-06-2013 at 08:11 AM. Reason: didn't realize you had wraps :P
