I'm cool with that. When they both leave us we can live together, .
Check out "Fire with Fire," it's a decent flick and it has Bruce Willis in it.
What about Grace?
Sounds pretty gross. I love shoenice's vids, especially when he talks to/about his cat.
Lulz at your shirt being denied.
For the unaware shoenice is also a veteran. Which makes me laugh pretty hard, because he is the classic alcoholic veteran that does crazy shiat. I do feel bad for him though, he seems like quite the mess.Total's = Jan. 2012 - 1036 @ 198's

I would like to not worry about it what so ever so getting a new singlet was already the plan but just remembered I have to get new wraps too as I was reading through the rule book. Its a ways off but I would like to compete nationally some day as well so may as well switch stuff over now.

Well you are ~140 lbs behind in total and ~15 wilks points behind which means you have to put about ~60 lbs on your total at 187 bodyweight to get up to my wilks. I don't know if you trying to stay the same weight or bulk. But we can go with wilks since that is a closer battle as of now.

Rustled as fuk cuz. Even though you're cheeky and annoying, you can't touch LAM.
OOOOOOOOHhhhhhhhh!
But bro I gave her a lesson in nuclear chem! To me that's wild (although I was laughing my ass off the whole time). But you're right, I wouldn't define her as wild...just the way she went from nerdpower>9000 to slootpower>9000 made for an excellent evening.
I dunno how anyone could let their ol lady or ol man get attached enough where it's getting in the way as something like lifting. I guess you just gotta start off right, but I'm not very good at relationships so I got no clue wtf any of that talk was about.
Thoughts on doing first strongman comp followed by PL meet a week later bra's?Best Meet Lifts:

I would say that at least one of those comps will suffer because of the other, either you will be thinking about saving yourself for the powerlifting meet and not push as hard as you should in the strongman or you will go all out at the strongman and be too gassed to get pr's at the PL meet. If you are doing them for fun, go to town, if you are going to need a 24 hour midol drip if you lose then just choose 1 comp.

Hell yeah I think I'll do it. The SM is just to get my feet wet and for fun...I wanted to put up a RUM qual total at the PL meet but my hip might not be healthy enough to do that anyways. Looks like SM training starts a week from Saturday

GJDM. I also just recently hit that milestone, feels great man. On to 5 plates
I was at that meet, I was hella surprised a few people like him and Higa monster were doing the 2 meets back to back. Takes some big balls eh.
where the fuk do you live... I pay like $11/lb for both salmon and top sirloin. I do get that good antibiotic free type a chit though lol.Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.
