short review seen as no one else has

I used it at 2ml 3x a day for 4 weeks on a clean bulk cycle.
i upped my cals for 3000, to 3500 yet no change in fat gain was noted, and it didnt feel much like a bulk at all.. just good clean solid gains, as with normal training.

Great product and a staple in my diet cutting or lean bulking, its a great anti just for overall health.

anyone have an update when avant is going to mass realease the sesathin gelcaps?They've been beta-testing it for awhile

Good question. I didn't realize AL was the only one's still selling it. I culd've swoen Mike had some.

Regardless, I've been on SesaTHIN for the better part of the past 5 mths, with a month off testing other thermos. It is a solid supplement that I have been using regardless of my goals. While bulking, it minimizes fat gains. It has too many benefits to bypass. I have 6 bottles of the liquid and 5 bottles of the gelcaps

i have been using sesathin a couple weeks,

cant say I have notice anything spectacular, maybe slightly leaner, but then I dont expect anything in so short a time,

then again with this product the keys benefits are the ones you cant see, (without a blood test that is)

anyway I have stocked up, I have 4 bottles of the liquid,
I wont bother with the caps - it dont taste too bad to me.

I have been taking sesathin for over four months now and may never stop. It has certainly become a staple in my supplement regimen. It minmized fat gains while I was bulking, and is increasing fat loss while I'm cutting. What more can you ask for?

I've used sesathin as well. It tastes lousy initially but you get used to it after a while. I took sesathin along with flax oil. I also didn't notice anything significant(visibly) but I felt that using sesathin controlled my bodyfat, at least stabilized it, especially when I increased my calories to 2500. How can I describe it...I felt leaner even though there weren't any dramatic changes. Overall, a great product. Wish they could decrease the price a little more

yeah tatse is pretty bad at first but u get used to it after a while
wut i did notice is i can up my carbs and calories and still be able to loose fat

this of cource stacked with tight

but with tight i had to limit myslef to how many cals crbs exetra now i can take in more and still loose around 2 pounds a week

I honestly do not like the taste and I do not know if I'll ever get use to it. I stacked it with Redline a couple of times. Just wish the price was a little lower.

how'd I miss this one...

sesathin is staple in my supp aresenal as well. However, I had to modify the dosing.

Upon using it under its reccomendation, it made my muscles feel a little flat (I'm bulking). I could tell it was hindering my ability to store glycogen. Therefore, I only use half the reccommended dosage. However, when cutting I'll go back to the original amount (if not more)

now give me reps!!!

started mine today & i gotta say i love the taste.
the price isn't too bad..

i should be able to tell how effective it is.
just coming off a clen cycle which worked v well.
i don't expect this to be in the same realm, just had to get off the clen..
we'll see how well it goes on 2500 calories.

well, I never lost fat due to the excess calories, but it would be near impossible for me to gain a large amount of fat while using it

it's good for bulking to keep fat gain in check.... just make sure you don't use it pre or post workout

Started out using sesathin 4 months ago at 3x daily dosage on a short cut and I must say the fat dropped much quicker than usual. After the cut I spoke with Lok7y and he suggested that for bulking purposes 1x daily dosing would be best as it is such a potent supplement. I've now been bulking at 1x daily dosage for 4 weeks and have gained 4.5lbs with 0.2% increase in BF (From 7.6-7.8) and that includes 2 relatively large scale cheats over the holidays (3x dosage was taken on days of cheats to minimize damage.) Of all the supplements which I have tried, I must say sesathin has been the best at "living up to it's reputation."

Sesathin is great. I had maintained the same weight for a few weeks, but when I added Sesathin (without changing anything else in my diet/supplements) I started losing fat. You need self control when using it, though. If you have a set caloric schedule that you follow already, you will do great. But if you're like me, you will end up eating more because you will have low blood sugar all the time. Apparently what sesamin does (from what I've read) is that it signals the "my stomach is empty, time to burn fat" response from your body, which you get normally when you haven't eaten in a long time... except it does it even when you've eaten. The guys at Avant say that it is actually glycogen sparing, but it causes low blood sugar in the fed state. So... in other words you can burn fat as though you haven't eaten, except you're still eating normally. That's my experience, at least. It's pretty good stuff, especially for being all natural.
