Yes he got big but i doubt its natural... my friend has done a PH and happens to have a body that looks just about the same... just sayin.
Edit: In the video what is he BB curling like 30lbs? and he has crappy form on a lot of stuff.Don't pray for lighter burdens but for stronger bodies.
