If you put them on YOUR ignore list why wouldnt they be able to see your posts, they are not ignoring you.

There's no reason they wouldn't be able to see Your posts - just like any anonymous, non-registered user can still see the posts that are here. . .

the more accurate thing to say is:

I and some other women got tricked into wasting our time trying to help her with her eating disorder and then all of a sudden she flipped out.
