At my worst I was 250lbs 30%bf about 2 years ago. Sadly, I deleted those before pics out of embarassment. I'm now at 195lbs 21%bf. I'm 6' tall.
Been training for about 10 months now with a couple breaks in between, one due to a hurt rib for 1 1/2 months. This is my first time putting pictures up. I would like your comments and suggestions.
