    Before/After 10 months. Noticeable improvments? Comments?

    At my worst I was 250lbs 30%bf about 2 years ago. Sadly, I deleted those before pics out of embarassment. I'm now at 195lbs 21%bf. I'm 6' tall.

    Been training for about 10 months now with a couple breaks in between, one due to a hurt rib for 1 1/2 months. This is my first time putting pictures up. I would like your comments and suggestions.

    but you have lot's of BF to lose especially in the manboob and love handle regions

    Ya, I still got a lot of fat too loose. I think I have a decent amount of muscle underneath it all but I just can't see it yet.

    How much bf do I need to be at to loose the man boobs and love handles? I was cutting, but started a cycle of x factor (currently in week 3) and doing a 50 day bulk with it to get max gains.

    not really counting calories, i just eat when I'm hungry around 6 meals a day, but good foods

    steak
    chicken breasts
    tuna
    pb
    cottage cheese
    apples
    corn
    oatmeal
    pasta every now and then
    yogurt
    cheat meal couple times a week
