Making time for a workout can be difficult for busy moms but we know it can be done!
What advice would you give a mom, and what workouts would you suggest? (Whether those be solo workout routines or exercises where the kids can tag along too.)

the best workout is one that fits in your schedule and that you will follow consistently. There are thousands of kinds of exercise, hundreds of weight lifting programs... we can just throw out a handful as "the best" for every situation.
We would need to know:
What are your goals?
What kind of schedule do you have/keep?
How many days a week and hours a day do you want to workout?
What works for one mom wont work for another.
Some moms may thrive solo, others may be better with a group, others may need a gym with day care... it just all depends.
General advice is going to be
1. Make some time
2. choose an activity you like

No one is going to care more about your progress than you. Everyone else is too busy chasing their own. You either do what you need to do to progress, or you remain where you are. The choice is yours.
