if i were to not workout for like alittle while, maybe a couple days to weeks, would i loose strength, or would it just stay the same?

i just asked cause i didnt do one particular excercise for like a couple of days and when i started doing it again, i noticed a couldn't do as much as i usually didHEIGHT: 186 cm (6"1')
