    loose strength over periods...

    if i were to not workout for like alittle while, maybe a couple days to weeks, would i loose strength, or would it just stay the same?

    im not sure about everyone but in my experience i had a 1 week rest and lost a bit of strength but quickly found i could make some easy gains

    i just asked cause i didnt do one particular excercise for like a couple of days and when i started doing it again, i noticed a couldn't do as much as i usually did
