Ok i know that deadlifts are the best mass builders of traps. But i do deads on my back and bicep day on tuesdays, and i do traps on trap and shoulder day on wedsdays. So my question is, Am i overtraining my traps by doing deads and trap work 2 days in a row? Also, should i just do trap work and deadlifts on the same day? thanks alot, beach.

i've found best results grouping them together
best advice i could give is a do a lower back/trap/leg routine. most movements that work lower back and traps also work legs, so kill 3birds with 1 stone.
this is how i structure mine:
2set squat
2set deadlift
2set stiff-leg deadlift
2set leg curls
2set db shrugs
that's it. low volume+high intensityBooo
