    Chest/Back

    Hi,
Is this a good workout program for chest/back? Am I leaving anything out? Or am I doing to much?

    1) Flat Bench Press superseted with e-z bar pullovers
    2) Deadlifts
    3) Incline Dumbell Flys
    4) Weighted Dips
    5) Pullups
    6) Lat Pulldown
    7) Barball Rows

    Thanks,
    Seth

    IMO?

I think you will have better results with Incline Dumbbell Presses supersetted with Incline Shoulder Raises than with flies.

And better results with wide grip pull-ups than with lat pull-downs.
You can play the game or live the adventure.

Goals--To be able to do the following exercises:
    Front Lever Pull-ups
    Planche Push-ups
    Muscle Ups
    Human Flag
