    I used to be able to do most of those movements when i was heavily into Parkour.
    But i doubt i could still do several of those nowadays.

    The only things on there that i never attempted were the Clapping Handstand Pushups, The No Handed One Arm Chin Up, and The One Arm Elbow Lever.


    And most of those focus on balance and core strength, rather than overall body strength/power.

    Yup. If you got big gangly legs getting in the way, balance is gonna be a problem.

    Holy ****. Thats sweet lol. Clapping handstand pushups would suck if you landed on your face.
