    did i lose fat this fast?

    so i was 161 on monday, i dropped my cals to 1900 and did more cardio/lower weight high rep to keep my heart up and now its thursday and i am 159.

    is that fat or just water weight

    i guess it really depends on how much cardio/lower lifting u did throughout the week. its totally possibly u lost that much that fast, although most likely yea id say it probably is water weight.

    burn about 300 with cardio and around 200 i think with weights every day

    probably mostly water weight and maybe you lowered your glycogen levels

    2lbs = 7,000calories, do you think you burned that in 4 days?
