Yok3d timing

I just got yok3d during my cycle off jack3d and was curious if someone either very knowledgable on the product or someone who has experimented a lot with dosing could tell if whether or not breakup the pills, mixing with water and drinking before workout out would be effective. would this speed up the digestion process so you don't have to wait like an hour after a meal to take them and then another 90 minutes to workout? (i get hungry very fast and not eating so long before working out i'll be starving in the gym).

Experimented with it some back when it first came out and BB offered it for buy 2 get one 1 free. Found it to be extremely unpredictable. Everyone seems to react differently to it.

i broke the capsules and put it in my preWO dirnk. It seemed to work a little better but not that much. still woudlnt buy it.

I personally think Yok3d is garbage. I never had a decent experience beyond placebo. The only time Yok3d worked for me was when I took it on an empty stomach 45 minutes pre-workout then had my pre-workout meal 20 minutes before exercising. I will never use this product again, not even for free. NO3 by Cellucor is AWESOME if you are looking for a NO type cap and it is very reasonable for the overall results.
