I had the flu for like a week, so i didnt supp or train for a week. i lost my entire appetite and everybody tells me that i thinned out a bit. i'm bak to eating 3 square (still down from my 5) but how can i build my appetite to more consistant cuz now its shoddy. and how much strength (relative) would i have lost.
