whats the highest bench youve seen at you high school. the most i ever saw at my school was a junoir who put up 320.

I think they meant students. The football players confirmed some of their guys were up to 355 but i was never able to see it if it was done correctly and without help, because i dont work out at the school gym. Im in college now btw

i have also seen a science teacher from my school do over 400 lbs. the guy was a beast. then a kid i worked with who was a junior at the time got up 355x3.

theyve got records on plaks in our school gym, and the most bench is 415, but the deadlift was like 680

there is a rumour going around that a kid in grade 11 can put up 350lbs. i laughed when i discovered the origin. the kid put up 300lbs on the incline bench machine, the machine doesnt go over 300 lbs.

im sure machines are the basis of most of the heavy lift rumours.

Of coruse machines are. I can bench 250(the max) on a machine with little or no effort, for around 6 reps. Free weights i cant get over 160 for 6 reps. I'll tell people the free weights any day, though.

405, but it was a graduate.

An actual student, was 385, my friends and I are going for it. I wont touch it, but I think my friend has a good chance of breaking 405.

So as ti stands, 385, by a senior

My uncle is 275 pounds of pure beats and he will be breakin the iowa record for his weight class benching 545 on saturday right now the record is 508 hes already got the record beat so that should be interesting it will bein omaha nebraska just in case u care.

A senior here can bench 345.

But a few of the guys in my grade(8th) are on pace to beat it. One 14 year old's max is 185, while one of my close friends(who is 13) can do 170.

The most ive known of anyone doing at my high school is a guy who graduated 2 years ago. he was a powerlifter and got 4th in state. he put up 500 pounds on the bench press !!!

Here at my school our LB's and DL men used to put up 450+ easily. We were number 3 in the nation BTW. Those mofos were huge.

500lbs, a business teacher at my school and I sh!t you not, this guy's got a powerlifters body. Wide and stocky as hell with a pretty big stomach and a some short arms. He's one of the football coaches.

the record at my school with an enrolment of about 400 students was a senior doin 365, squat is 595 by the same guy,

I think one football player can do like 350. Were undefeated though, so its all good.

One of my coaches from football last year can max at 465. He is a HUGE guy. His name is Jerry Shaw and his tits would make most girls jealous. Hes an awesome guy too. Not a bragger at all. One of the biggest bodybuilders I've ever met. When he coached it looked like we had coach D-bo!!!

The highest bench in my school, and also the highest bench I've ever seen in person was 475 by one of the varsity football captains. Note: the guy was not on roids, just HGH. (not a big difference I know)

Do you live in Iowa, too? If so, which city/town? I'm from Des Moines but I go to Iowa State, so I moved to Ames.

by buddy did 360lbs at 180 lbs 2 years ago. haven't talked to him ina while, but he competes at a national level. last i heard he was like 190 lbs and could bench 430+
