whats the highest bench youve seen at you high school. the most i ever saw at my school was a junoir who put up 320.

eat when you are full.
eat when you wake up.
eat before you go to bed.
eat instead of talking.
sleep at least 8 hrs a day.
take a multivitamin.
BE PATIENT, YOU WONT GET MASSIVE OVER NIGHT.

Of coruse machines are. I can bench 250(the max) on a machine with little or no effort, for around 6 reps. Free weights i cant get over 160 for 6 reps. I'll tell people the free weights any day, though.

405, but it was a graduate.
An actual student, was 385, my friends and I are going for it. I wont touch it, but I think my friend has a good chance of breaking 405.

I think one football player can do like 350. Were undefeated though, so its all good.

One of my coaches from football last year can max at 465. He is a HUGE guy. His name is Jerry Shaw and his tits would make most girls jealous. Hes an awesome guy too. Not a bragger at all. One of the biggest bodybuilders I've ever met. When he coached it looked like we had coach D-bo!!!
