Step 1: No alcohol
Step 2: Track your Calories (not even your macros, keep it simple, acknowledge when you're eating more carbs than normal). Always stay at a deficit.
Step 3: Track your steps. Aim for 10k+ a day, including perhaps during phone calls pacing around or being more consistent with your chores and what not.
Step 4: Work out consistently, even if it's just 3 days a week. Cardio for bonus points but not mandatory.i7-14700k

Start small. Small goals. Being on here and aspiring to look like an instagram model right away is a horrible idea. Everyone's body is different, however, i will say that you need to connect with your body.
No drugs is a good place to start. This helps to give you natural energy. The idea is to create your own feel good chemicals through exercise
Which Means a 30 minute walk in the morning is a good starting spot. If you can't do 30 minutes do 10. Build up.
Watch what you eat. Start seeing junk food as junk food ..its junk
Small goals, consistency, builds confidence..which is what you need540 pound deadlift
