    Im gonna start following Mike Mentzers training principles srs.

    I pick 2-3 movements. & do 1 high intensity set.
    Ramping up doesnt count because they dont lead to momentarily failure. But still close. 3rir or smth.

    So it could be like

    Barbell curls
    Barx20
    70x15
    100x8
    125xfailure, dropset 100, dropset 70, dropset bar. Negatives

    Ive always done it. But then i do like 2-3heavy sets. Totaling like 8 brootal sets per workout. Think im overdoing it
