Hello,

Was wondering if anyone has had experience with this product. I had a half a serving today to start off. Took a pre-workout as well before working out. I was having a good workout, but suddenly felt a lot of anxiety. To the point where my hands and feet were sweating. Do these boosters affect the heart in a bad way? Blood pressure? I only had three pills out of six. I’m taking creatine, amino x drink, and protein. Is this normal to feel this? Would my body react this quickly to it? Should I not take other supplements with this booster? Like pre workout?

I have never really taken anything like this before, so I don’t know what I’m feeling for, or what to expect. Should I lower the dose more?

Has anyone had any similar side effects to using these natural test boosters, or this one in particular?

There must be something else in the mix making you feel that way, those reactions wouldn't be tied to the P6.

you’re probably having a bad reaction to the ingredients. Personally it just made me sleepy. Waste of money.

What preworkout were you taking ?
That’s sounds more of a side effect from a PWO than it does the P6.

I been using EVL pre work out. It just happened to me again. Really bad this time. I had a workout without using the evl, and it seemed okay. I don’t know, but my heart raced again. I been using evl for a while, and haven’t really had issues with it before the p6. This is the new p6 ultimate gh formula. I paid a lot for the P6. I don’t know what to think. Could it be that the pre-workout doesn’t mix well? During the anxiety attack, all my vitals were okay. Blood pressure, all of it accept heart rate. It was bouncing all over. Low, then high etc. I had emergency services come. What would you guys do? Should I keep taking the p6, and leave out the pre work out? I am one week into taking p6 ultimate gh. Anyone at all have a similar reaction? Is this really all the ingredients in the P6 listed on the bottle?

I really don’t know why it’s making me feel that way. I have felt extra tired. I’ve only been taking half the dose as well. But yesterday, I was also feeling anxious. Tightness around my chest. It’s quite scary.

In the past, I tried a product called EVO-Test by BSN. So another reputable company, and had a similar reaction. What would you all do? Should I just return the product?

I haven’t been having coffee or anything. I wake up, take three pills, and now haven’t used the pre work out. I just had to stop working out, because my heart goes up to 158 after a set. That’s not normal for me at all. It’s like 0-100 pretty easily. It usually takes a lot more for that to happen. Today I tried to only take two pills. That was the result. What ever the product does, it is potent for sure. It’s definitely giving a pump, but just doesn’t feel right to me. I just don’t think my body is liking it at all. I have decided to return it. I don’t necessarily need to take this. I was hoping for some quick results, but it seems that the old fashioned way works best for me.

P6GH isn't a preworkout product. I don't see a correlation in the symptoms and the ingredients. So I think you need to look further into the rest of your lifestyle.

Also no product is going to give you "quick" results. I would cut out all products and dial in fitness and nutrition. Add in some basic things one at a time.
