Staying on track with diet- What are your biggest struggles?

    Hi Guys,

Just wanted to get some feedback on what you find the most difficult about staying on track with your nutrition and diet plans? Is it the meal prep? Knowing the correct macros and micros to be getting in in order to meet your goals? Is it the cost of healthy food? Lack of time? Trying to please all the families food interests? Getting bored of the same meals?

What do you feel would make it easier?

    Open to all your feedback

    Thanks
    Haeloo

Not sure the purpose of the thread but it could be interesting. For me it's my work schedule as it can be quite hectic and I can sometimes go a full work day without time to eat.

Going to agree with this; had to respond to a riot on Friday, about 13 hours without food, too tired when I got home so I just went to sleep. Think I only ate about 600 calories that day. Doesn't happen too often, but definitely not helpful.

Extended travel for work is hardest for me. I can prep food for a day or two of travel but longer than that and having to eat out for every meal stinks.

Mine is....when I begin a cut without my head being 100% into reaching my goal= fail

It has to be all or nothing for me (half azzed won't cut it) for it to be successful and when I have full commitment to a caloric deficit

I am 100% The same, I have to be 100% motivated going into a cut, I need a reason to get up for it, Its amazing the effect the mind has on the body and you can't underestimate the need for the mind to get rest and have good food for thought it self!. If i am stressed i just want to eat, I have Breezed PSMF's with ease while being mentally motivated and stress free and i have struggled with small deficits while stressed out.

Diet breaks are not just for the body, people underestimate the need for the mind to have breaks too.
