He used to look like this
Do you think he has a chance to beat Phil if he comes in with this size and condition ?
His has regained almost 100% of his upper body this year but not his legs and back.
May be give him a few more years to improve his legs and back and come in like 1999, do you think he could beat Phil Heath?

If he looked like that^ yes, but tendonitus in the legs has been an issue, and I don't think he'll do the O again. I hope he does some more shows and is able to bring up the legs but its unlikely. Unfortunately today's bodybuilding demands massive legs.

Only way Kevin is beating Phil is if Marty McFly goes back to 1992 and abducts young Kevin and forces him to stay in Kuwait for 2 offseasons.

Depends. In my opinion Kevin's upper front body looks far better than phils but his back and legs lag behind heaths so just based on that phil wins the majority.
I don't get the hate on phils physique, I mean to me, he looks like a bodybuilder straight from the 90's. Round full muscle bellies, great conditioning and more "aesthetic" compared to the more famous mass monsters
