I got circumcised at 21, so I tend to enter these kinds of threads because I actually know the difference between being cut or not. I don't know exactly how you made your discovery, but it's not correct from my experience. Of course, I have to use a sandpaper now to get the same sensation, but it's still there.

If you're a mason or lifting weights (or numerous things), you'll get calluses and hardened skin. If you take a long break from that for whatever reason, you'll be more sensitive than you used to be when you resume lifting. A foreskin "restoration" will replicate that effect to some extent I'm sure, but there seems to be some kind of big misconception in the pro-uncut camp that more sensitive equals more pleasure.

Like you, I have sensitivity issues down there as well. I talked to my doc and he's got me using a penis health creme every day that contains acetyl L carnitine. This is a supplement that enhances penis sensitivity. I've been using it for about six months and it has really been working for me. You should check it out. Hope this helps.
