Just putting pen to paper and designing my training split, just pure boredom so thought i'd have a go see how i get on.
Going to be a 6 day split including football:-
Mon- Shoulders + Hams
Tues- Back
Weds- Arms
Thurs- FOOTBALL
Fri- Chest/Abs
Sat- Quads/Calfs
Sun-rest
Going to be making this up obviously of mostly compound and some isolation.
So what's the best ratio for compound to isolation, and or/ the best amount of sets and reps for each. Goal is bulk and size.
