I have been working with a trainer on weights 3 days a week for an hour at a time for 2 months, and doing cardio 5 days a week for 60 minutes. I have been eating high protein/fat, low carb 6 days a week and high protein/carb, low fat 1 day a week. I have lost some body fat but not much and the scale hasn't moved. Anyone have any suggestions?

You need to figure out your total calories and get into a deficit, consistently. The whole thing with having low or high this or that on certain days won't matter for overall weight loss, IMO it just screws with your system. I would die on low carbs doing as much lifting and cardio as you are lol. I like to have a moderate amount of protein, carbs, and fat every day, I just tend to feel better.
So...
-Figure your maint cals
-Eat 500 less than that per day
-Weight loss success!Current PRs:
Bench Press: 200x1
Deads: 315x1
Back Squats: 275x1
